Kelli is the broker/owner of The Beckett Realty Group, the firm she founded in 1998.
Over her highly successful 35-year real estate career, Kelli has represented over $700,000,000 in residential and commercial sales. One of the area’s most accomplished and knowledgeable real estate experts, she has twice been recognized nationally for her achievements by the Federal National Mortgage Association.
With her early involvement in Central Ohio REOs, Kelli became an innovator in representing banking institutions as they liquidated their foreclosure assets. She has assessed and sold thousands of properties for clients that include Fannie Mae, HSBC, CitiFinancial, Chase, Caliber, Shellpoint, Green River, VA, VRM and Matt Martin.
Kelli received a degree in real estate from The Ohio State University in 1987. She has built The Beckett Team into a leading realty firm staffed with agents who have the best market insight in the area. Today she specializes in commercial properties/land/note sales, luxury homes, traditional homes, short sales and bank-owned properties.

Scott is the newest member of The Beckett Team. He received his real estate license in 2014 and is passionate about helping people throughout their home search. His knowledge of the home building process is invaluable to clients when searching for their dream home. If you are looking for a new build or existing property his vast knowledge of the market will help you reach your goals quickly. Scott is quick at pinpointing your needs and helping you narrow your search. He is very familiar with communities throughout Columbus and can provide insights to his clients wherever they are searching for a home in the Central Ohio area. Prior to joining the Beckett Team, Scott spent nearly 20 years in the golf industry, hosting, working, managing, renovating and building golf facilities. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University and has lived in New Albany since 2006 with his family after many years in New England. In his spare time he likes to spend time with his family, compete in triathlons and volunteer with his daughters’ schools and meals on wheels.
Along with his sister, firm founder Kelli Hatfield, Matt has overseen every aspect of managing The Beckett Realty Group during the past twelve years. He has particularly excelled at shaping the firm’s successful marketing and new business initiatives.
With one of the most extensive, up-to-the minute understandings of the central Ohio market, Matt is a recognized expert in Columbus area real estate trends and properties. He uses his insight to help clients find the right homes, and make sound buying and selling decisions.
Matt received an accounting degree from Miami University in 1995. While at Miami, he was a member of the university’s golf team.
Prior to joining the real estate industry, Matt spent eight years with Smith Barney Consulting Group as an institutional investment consultant providing services that helped clients meet their investment objectives.
A licensed Realtor since 2003 and a broker since 2009, Matt focuses on helping buyers and sellers with bank owned properties, short sales, traditional sales and luxury homes. He is especially skilled at helping clients accurately assess deals and determine whether they will meet their goals.
Brian’s enthusiastic personality, along with his exceptional customer service, strong negotiating skills and outstanding work ethic, have helped him become a successful Realtor in today’s ever-changing market.
A licensed Realtor since 2005, Brian, who studied at Ohio University, joined The Beckett Realty Group in 2012.
With his strong focus as a buyer’s agent, Brian has a true passion for helping homebuyers find the home that is right for them. Above all, he tenaciously looks out for his clients’ best interests. Brian works expertly with everyone from first time homebuyers to investors building their portfolios.
Brian is experienced in the short sale transaction process, and has helped a number of homeowners complete successful short sale transactions. He guides buyers through every step of the process and makes their experience a smooth one.
With the large volume of homes he has evaluated daily for 11 years as an auditor and inspector of bank-owned properties, T.J. has one of the most extensive understandings of the Central Ohio real estate market of anyone in the area.
Using his in-depth knowledge, he is able to accurately assess houses, determine their value and pinpoint their flaws, in every neighborhood in Franklin and its surrounding counties – and he puts this expertise to work for sellers and buyers.
A licensed real estate agent since 2004, T.J. joined Beckett Realty Group in 2003. He has a BA in economics from The Ohio State University.
Along with his expertise as an REO specialist, T.J. has handled all aspects of real estate transactions representing both buyers and sellers. He is particularly skilled in helping clients assess whether a purchase will be a good one for them. His comprehensive familiarity with the local housing market gives him an advantage in negotiating every kind of home sale.

A licensed Realtor, Jamie has been with The Beckett Realty Group since May 2007. She received her BA from Otterbein University in business finance/economics in 2003. Prior to joining The Beckett Realty Group, Jamie worked as an operations manager at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.
A relocation expert with over 25 years of real estate experience, Anneliese uses exceptional listening skills to determine her clients’ wants and needs – and find them a home that will satisfy both. She is especially adept at being able to relate to her clients, and this ability helps her make house hunts as enjoyable as they are successful.
Anneliese handles relocation for Huntington Bank, OSU Medical, Riverside Hospital, Nationwide, Honda, Cardinal Health, Ohio Health, Scott’s, Wendy’s, and IGS Energy, as well as many other companies. She specializes in working with executives and their families.
